1. Introduction
Welcome to City and Sea Travel (cityandseatravel.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all travel services provided by our company. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
Company: City and Sea Travel Group, including its subsidiaries City and Sea Travel and City and Sea Adonis.
Service: All travel, tour, and cruise experiences arranged by our company.
Guest / User: Any individual or entity booking or using our services.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
These are our standard booking cancellation terms. Eclipse bookings have separate cancellation terms on the Eclipse package page.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to online@cityandseatravel.com. The notice period is measured from the date of your first written cancellation request to your trip start (check-in) date.
- 30 days or more before check-in: cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking value.
- 29 to 15 days before check-in: cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value.
- 14 to 3 days before check-in: cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value.
- Within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value; no refund.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total booking value of all services in your booking, whether you have paid a deposit or the full balance.
Your refund is the amount actually paid toward the booking minus the applicable cancellation fee. If you have paid only a deposit, the fee is calculated on the total booking value and deducted from that deposit, with any remaining amount refunded. No refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds the amount paid. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
If you have paid the booking in full, the refund is 85%, 75%, 50% or 0% of the total booking value for the respective notice periods above.
Add-ons and extra nights: Add-ons, optional services and extra nights follow the same written cancellation procedure and percentage schedule, using the same trip start (check-in) date. If you cancel only one or more of these services, the fee is calculated on the total price of the cancelled services, whether paid by deposit or in full. Any refund is the amount paid for those services minus that fee; no refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds that payment. The rest of your booking remains unchanged. Separate refund promises for services cancelled by the operator or unavailable because of weather still apply.
5. Service Delivery
All services are provided in person during the booked trip or associated excursions. We do not ship or deliver physical goods.
6. User Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions issued by our crew and guides, respect local customs, cultural heritage sites, and fellow travelers, and provide accurate information during booking and check-in.
7. Chargebacks, Refunds, and Disputes
Guests are encouraged to contact us directly in the event of a billing issue or dispute. Refunds are handled according to the cancellation terms above. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in administrative fees and the suspension of future bookings.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to online@cityandseatravel.com. We aim to resolve all matters amicably.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
11. USTOA Associate Membership
City and Sea Travel is an Associate Member of the United States Tour Operators Association. However, City and Sea Travel is NOT a participant in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers’ Assistance Program and is not held by USTOA to certain other standards required of Active Members.
